A Few of my Favorite Things
A dinner in which the table itself became a canvas–a harmonious blend of textures, colors, and shapes. I was tasked with creating a curated event in which visual aesthetics played a central role in enchancing the dining experience.
It was designed to be slightly reflective of renaissance food paintings where each glance at the table could very well be a stand alone still life painting.
includes: brie cheese, baguette, deviled eggs, tinned fish, pumpkin tart, pomegranate, croissant, meredith dairy sheep and goat cheese, pear & whipped ricotta, olives, whipped butter
