Diners in Pittsburgh, Pa

In the span of a few weeks I traveled to 16 different diners across Pittsburgh. At each one, I ordered the same thing: Eggs with bacon and toast. I let the establishments give me their own version of this request and I snapped a photo of the dish in front of me.

 I found myself exploring ares of Pittsburgh I had never ventured to, having conversations with the diner regulars, and discovering small and oftern unoticable details in the difference of a simple breakfast meal.
