Tasked with creating a dinner consisting of Spanish tapas.
In creating this dinner, I did a wide variety of research to find dishes that were authentic while also considering this may be diner’s introduction to Spanish cuisine. So, I settled on a menu that included items people may be familiar with but cooked in a new, Spanish light.
Includes: goat cheese croquettes with spiced memobrilla, spanish egg torta with proscuitto and manchego, marinated manchego with orange preserve and toasted bread, setas a la plancha, and chorizo sausage with honey red wine sauce
